I. OVERVIEW
===========

Name2ClipBrd is a tool to copy from Windows explorer file or folder names
to clipboard:
- works under Windows 95/98 and Windows NT
- installs automatically link in SendTo folder
- get long or short (DOS 8+3) file name
- copy only name or complete name with path
- runs silent or with visible user interface
- switch from silent to visible mode just by clicking symbol in task bar

Usage: Select in Windows Explorer from context menu
       Send To | Name to Clipboard


II. REQUIREMENTS
================

Name2ClipBrd.exe is a 32 bit application running under Windows 9x and NT.


III. INSTALLATION
=================

To install Name2ClipBrd, proceed as follows:
- unzip NAM2CLIF.ZIP (*) into a directory on your hard disk
- run Name2ClipBrd.exe
- you're asked to enter the name for a shell link (.LNK file) in the
  SendTo folder (default is "Name to Clipboard")
- this name will appear in the context menu of Windows Explorer
- in the main window, select the appropriate options
